Reputation Radar

Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 July 2026

The short version

  • You order a report about yourself, with your consent built into the order.
  • I deliver a report and practical guidance. I do not deliver legal advice, and I cannot guarantee that any content gets removed from anywhere.
  • The Snapshot has a no-questions refund: if it is not useful, say so and I refund it.
  • Monitoring is a subscription you can cancel anytime, and I will pause it instead if you ask.
  • Be honest in your intake, use the report for yourself, and we will get along fine.

Who you are dealing with

Reputation Radar (reputationradar.me) is built and run by Victoria and is a service of VBInsights Solutions, a sole establishment registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism trade licence no. 1522785). “I” in these terms means the operator of Reputation Radar. Contact: hello@reputationradar.me.

Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com) as merchant of record, so your purchase and payment are also subject to Paddle’s applicable buyer terms and policies, and your card statement may show Paddle’s name. These terms describe the Reputation Radar service and your use of it.

What I sell

  • Personal Exposure Snapshot. One report on what the public internet says about you, findings ranked by risk, a coverage map on page one, and personal email support: reply to your delivery email and I answer within 24 hours. $49 during the pilot, regularly $99. Delivered within 48 hours of your completed intake; the clock starts when your intake is complete and runs in calendar hours, weekends included. If I cannot deliver within 48 hours after a complete intake, I will tell you, and you can choose to wait or receive a full refund.
  • Digital Hardening Pack ($39) and First 24 Hours Playbook ($79). Digital guides, delivered as downloads.
  • Ongoing Monitoring (from $149/month). Scheduled re-checks of your name and email addresses, alerts on new findings, and a monthly report. Recurring subscription. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. If you would rather pause than cancel, email me and I pause it from my side.

Prices are on the website, always. If a price changes, it changes on the page before it changes at checkout.

You order a report about yourself. By ordering, you confirm that you are the person being checked, that the email addresses and usernames you submit are your own, and that you are 18 or older. I do not accept orders about other people: not a spouse, not an ex, not an employee, not a candidate. If an order turns out to be about someone else, I cancel it, refund it, and delete the data.

What the service is, and is not

It is: a deliberate, honest look at publicly available information about you, found using search and AI tools and personally reviewed by me, with practical guidance on what to do next and a person you can reach by replying to your delivery email.

It is not:

  • Legal advice. Nothing on this site or in your report is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created. If something in your report needs a lawyer, I will say so plainly in the report.
  • A removal service. The Snapshot finds and ranks; it does not remove. Where guidance covers takedowns and complaints, you review and file everything yourself, and every platform decides its own outcome.
  • Full coverage. No service can see private accounts, direct messages, closed groups, or the unindexed web, and I do not claim to. The coverage map in your report shows exactly what was checked and what stayed dark.
  • A background-screening or eligibility tool. The Snapshot is designed only for the person it is about, for their own personal use. You may not use it, sell it, provide it, or rely on it for employment, credit, insurance, housing, tenant screening, or any other eligibility decision regulated by the US Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar law. Reputation Radar does not offer reports for those purposes.
  • A guarantee of completeness. Public sources change constantly. A report reflects what the listed sources returned during the checking window.

Your side of the deal

Give accurate intake information. Submit only identities and email addresses that are yours. Use your report for your own personal purposes. Do not use the service or its outputs to harass, stalk, defame, or harm anyone, and do not resell or republish the report or the guides.

Refunds

  • Snapshot: if the report is not useful to you, say so and I refund it. No questions, no forms. Ask within 30 days of delivery.
  • Digital guides: same no-questions promise, within 30 days of purchase.
  • Monitoring: cancel anytime; billing stops per the subscription terms above. Payments for a current paid period are normally non-refundable once that period has started, except where required by law. If something has clearly gone wrong with the service, email me and I will review it personally.

Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. This refund promise is in addition to any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you have under applicable law or Paddle’s applicable buyer terms.

Intellectual property

Your report is yours to keep and use personally. The templates, guides, brand, site copy, and report formats are mine (VBInsights Solutions), and buying a product does not transfer them. Quotes from public forums that appear on this site are attributed evidence of the problem, not endorsements.

The honest limits of liability

I run this service carefully and personally, and I stand behind it with a real refund. What I cannot accept is unlimited liability for a $49 report. So, to the extent the law allows: the service is provided as described, without warranties beyond what this page states, and my total liability for any claim connected to a product or service is capped at the amount you paid for that product or service, or, for monitoring, the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Ending things

You can stop using the service anytime. I can refuse or cancel an order that breaks the consent rule or the acceptable-use rules above, with a refund of anything undelivered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If a dispute cannot be solved by talking, which I will always try first, it goes to the courts of Dubai, except where the consumer law of your home country gives you rights or a local venue that cannot be waived; nothing here takes those away.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes, material changes are noted plainly, and subscribers are told by email before a change affects them.
